Shipping Policy

SECTION 1 — ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, collection launches), processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified by email in the event of an exceptional delay.
In accordance with EU regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), we commit to shipping any order within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation. If this deadline is exceeded, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
SECTION 2 — DELIVERY ZONES
We ship worldwide. Some countries or territories may be temporarily or permanently excluded; if so, a message will inform you at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
SECTION 3 — CARRIERS
Orders are shipped from France and, depending on availability, from Germany. We work with the following carriers:
- Colissimo (La Poste)
- DHL
- UPS
- FedEx
The carrier used for your order is selected based on your destination and available timeframes at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier without prior notice.
SECTION 4 — SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
The timeframes below are estimates from the date of shipment and do not include the 1 to 2 business day processing time.
- Standard delivery: 2 to 5 business days
- Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days
Timeframes may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and local conditions (public holidays, customs delays, weather events). Opaze cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs services.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on your country of destination and the shipping method selected. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order.
SECTION 6 — ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the relevant carrier's website.
If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@opaze-studio.com.
SECTION 7 — DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If you receive a damaged item or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@opaze-studio.com, quoting your order number.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, the proposed solution may include a refund or replacement.
For consumers residing in the European Union: in the event of loss or damage occurring during transport, the risk remains our responsibility until effective delivery to the consumer, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
SECTION 8 — CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
European Union: Prices include applicable French VAT. No additional taxes will be charged to customers residing in the EU.
United States: Following US customs reforms in 2025–2026, all shipments to the United States are subject to customs duties from the first dollar, with no de minimis exemption. By placing an order, US-based customers expressly agree to act as the Official Importer of Record and acknowledge sole responsibility for the payment of all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applicable at destination. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are non-refundable.
United Kingdom: Orders may be subject to customs duties and UK VAT depending on the parcel value. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Other countries: Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on local regulations in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
